Kimberley Asparagus is grown and packed in Broome, Western Australia.
Traditionally, the season will run from May to August (4 months), however this 2021 season is expected to run from June through to July as the asparagus seedlings are still quite young.
Trials to see if Asparagus will be productive in Broome started in 2013 and in 2021, harvesting of the first commercial crop commenced.
